Granted men do not wear as flashy of embellishment as women do on their hats. 3.) Next rule in choosing an Easter hat is if your hat screams extravagance, then your Easter dress should be simple. Of course, if your dress is the one making the statement it is best to pick a simple Easter hat that will not distract from your dress. 4.) Don’t be such a perfectionist on matching your Easter hat exactly to your Easter dress. Use the same color scheme and utilize embellishments to pull it all together. For example, if you have a cream-colored dress with a pattern, use a cream color hat and use embellishments to accent it to match the dress. However, if you have a multi-colored Easter dress, pick one of the colors in the dress as your base color to your Easter hat. 5.) If you do choose a large Easter hat, do not sit in the front rows in church. Many people would like to see the minister as he or she preaches.
